Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Process Optimization and standardization

• Analyse and implement solutions to optimize and streamline the business processes.

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in order management, billing, credit & collections and its corresponding impact against revenue recognition.

• Drive process harmonization, standardization and productivity with clear measures of success.

Migration and solution integration

• Core support in driving and integrating OTC processes – understanding business requirements and ensure seamless integration and management of end-end transition of work into GBS.

• Review and validate project deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and requirements

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to understand. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay informed about best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

• Proactively identify areas for enhancement in the Lead-to-Cash cycle and propose innovative solutions

Essential Requirements

• Strong knowledge in end to end order to cash processes and exposure to technological tools

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent

• Financial and business analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and problem solve

• Related experience and/or certification in project management, continuous improvement certification is preferred
