Jawatan Kosong Admin General Clerk in Shah Alam

  • *Administrative Support:*
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

  • *Data Entry:*
  • Input and update customer and job information accurately into the company’s database.
  • Generate reports and compile data as required.

  • *Customer Service:*
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about printing services.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and effectively.

  • *Scheduling and Coordination:*
  • Coordinate and schedule printing jobs to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  • *Inventory Management:*
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and printing materials.
  • Place orders for supplies as needed and maintain inventory records.

  • *Billing and Invoicing:*
  • Prepare and issue invoices for completed printing jobs.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage accounts receivable.

  • *Support to Management:*
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

  • *Compliance and Documentation:*
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and activities.
