REQUIREMENTS:

• MIN. DEGREE IN RELATED FIELD (ADMINISTRATION SCIENCE OR BUSINESS ADMIN COURSE WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE)
• MIN. 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PROJECT ADMIN (WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE)
• EXCEL IN RENEWING LICENSE, CIDB AND CIMS SYSTEM
• FAMILIAR WITH CONSTRUCTION FIELD/MANAGEMENT
• GOOD SKILLS OF MICROSOFT APPLICATION & LETTERS
• ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE OF LABOR LEGISLATION
• GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• AGGRESSIVE, FAST LEARNER AND KEEN IN DETAILS

JOB SCOPE :

• Familiar and involve in company tendering progress, CIDB license (cims system) and gov tender
• To prepare, compile and ensuring documentation is keep up to date for submission
• Manage the whole spectrum of document filing, archives, record and issuance for project document are properly maintained in accordance with quality requirements to ensure all documents have no errors/mistakes
• Controlling company and project documentation
• Ability to target and maintaining deadlines
• Responsible for full spectrum of PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
• Assist engineer in preparing/reply letter
• Preparing site report
• Preparing purchase order (PO) & delivery order (DO)
• Adhoc job as request by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
