Jawatan Kosong PURCHASING/COSTING OFFICER in Kuching

• Job Responsibilities:-

- Assist Procurement manager in monitoring daily operation event on item requisition.

- To update & data entry on petty cash transaction under purchasing department.

-Liaises with the Procurement manager to determine the product needs by the Hotel.

- To deal with the supplier on product availability, to get the best price and delivery times.

- Assesses cost of company purchase

- Arrange and process the odering of goods for hotel usage & department request.

- issuing purchase order / delivery note / Invoices & key in data entry for receiving & purchase items.

- Coordinate and finalize details of all Hotel function, catering and deliveries.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
