Job Description:

• Perform high-quality, hands-on massage therapy sessions and ensure guest satisfaction and relaxation.
• Develop and curate an exclusive menu of spa treatments that reflect current trends, guest preferences, and the hotel’s brand identity.
• Maintain comprehensive spa manuals outlining treatment protocols, service standards, and operational procedures, ensuring consistency across all services.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a skilled team of spa therapists and support staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, excellence, and teamwork.
• Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of spa facilities to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide ongoing training and development opportunities, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control costs while driving revenue growth through effective pricing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Assistant Spa Manager or similar role in a hotel spa environment.
• Certification in massage therapy with proficiency in a variety of massage techniques and treatments.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and operational efficiency.
• Well-familiar of budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
