Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as experience in inventory control and retail management. The ideal candidate will have a background in wireless sales or grocery store management. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in various aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the front office and souvenir shop

- Monitor sales, allotment and inventories

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees

- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service

- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
