Jawatan Kosong Regional Sales & Business Development Manager in Mutiara Damansara

Labthink Sdn. Bhd. based in Malaysia as a customer hub in APAC to provide Sales and Aftermarket services for our valuable customers. This is a subsidiary of Labthink Instruments to provide professional quality control solutions for packaging materials and products. Our international headquarter is based in Greater Boston, United States, well-known for the hub of technological innovations. We provide integrated professional quality control solutions for packaging manufacturers, food and beverage producers, medical and pharmaceutical, daily chemical, printing industries, automotives, electronics, battery membrane, solar panel, OLED, tobacco, adhesives and etc.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager (SEA)

Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position to support Malaysia, Southeast Asia and South Asia. The main duties as below:

• Fully responsible for the direct sales business in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia and Singapore（other countries TBD）, directly leading the entire process of lead development, customer mining, business opportunity follow-up, business negotiations and sales contract signing to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Coordinate the distributors management work in the Southeast Asian region, including distributors screening, cooperation negotiation, daily maintenance, policy implementation and performance supervision, build a stable and efficient dealer system, and improve channel sales capabilities.
• Be responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of marketing activities in the region, including but not limited to industry seminars, product promotion meetings, customer salons, etc. Among them, you need to undertake seminar speeches, convey product value and brand concepts, and expand the regional influence of the brand.
• Formulate regional sales strategies and marketing plans, optimize sales models and marketing plans based on market trends, competitor situations and customer needs, and promote sustained business growth.
• Build and manage the regional sales team (if any), be responsible for the guidance, training and assessment of team members, and improve the overall sales ability and professional quality of the team(future); when there is no team, you must have the ability to independently develop the market and lay the foundation for the subsequent team building.
• Regularly collect regional market information, customer feedback and competitor dynamics, form market analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's product optimization and strategic adjustment.
• Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications / Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering is preferred (such as machinery, electronics, automation, materials and other related majors).
• Work Experience: More than 5 years of sales-related work experience, experience in sales in the Southeast Asian market is preferred; experience in marketing team management and channel (dealer) management is preferred.
• Language Ability: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to use English as the working language, proficient in conducting business negotiations, customer communication and speech work; able to speak Chinese is preferred.
• Ability Requirements: Strong market development ability, business negotiation ability and customer maintenance ability, able to independently complete the entire sales process; excellent marketing activity planning and execution ability, good at public speeches such as seminars.
• Business Trip Requirements: Able to accept long-term overseas business trips, with overseas business trips in the Southeast Asian region accounting for more than 50% of the total working time, and adapt to the overseas work rhythm and cultural differences.
• Quality Requirements: Strong sense of goal, responsibility and pressure resistance, proactive in work, good at communication and coordination, and have good professional quality and team spirit.
• Others: Experience in related industries (can be supplemented according to the company's business) is preferred, and proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
