KLINIK AURORA BATU BERENDAM,MELAKA (8AM-10PM)

Job Scope – Clinic Assistant (CA)

* Membantu doktor dalam urusan pemeriksaan dan rawatan pesakit.

* Mengambil dan merekod **vital signs** pesakit seperti tekanan darah, suhu, nadi dan SpO₂.

* Membantu menyediakan bilik rawatan, peralatan dan keperluan klinik.

* Membantu dalam prosedur rawatan asas mengikut arahan doktor.

* Mengurus dan menyediakan ubat kepada pesakit mengikut preskripsi serta arahan doktor.

* Membuat pendaftaran pesakit dan mengurus rekod/kemasukan pesakit dalam sistem.

* Mengurus bayaran, resit dan urusan kaunter jika diperlukan.

* Memastikan stok ubat, barang medical dan keperluan klinik mencukupi.

* Membuat semakan tarikh luput serta memastikan penyimpanan ubat mengikut SOP.

* Memastikan kebersihan, kekemasan dan keselamatan ruang klinik sentiasa terjaga.

* Membantu urusan **opening & closing** klinik serta memastikan peralatan elektrik dan klinik dalam keadaan baik.

* Memberikan layanan dan komunikasi yang baik kepada pesakit.

* Mematuhi SOP, polisi, etika kerja dan arahan pihak pengurusan.

* Menjalankan tugasan lain yang berkaitan dengan operasi klinik apabila diperlukan.

Job Description – Clinic Assistant

**Clinic Assistant bertanggungjawab membantu doktor dan memastikan operasi harian klinik berjalan dengan lancar.** Tugas merangkumi pengurusan pesakit, bantuan kepada doktor semasa rawatan, pengendalian ubat dan peralatan klinik, pengurusan kaunter serta memastikan kebersihan dan pematuhan SOP klinik.

Kelayakan:

* Terbuka kepada calon yang mempunyai atau tiada pengalaman bekerja di klinik.

* Latihan akan diberikan kepada calon tanpa pengalaman.

* Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.

* Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan.

* Bertanggungjawab, berdisiplin dan mempunyai sikap kerja yang baik.

* Bersedia bekerja mengikut shift dan keperluan operasi klinik.

* **Sijil SPM adalah wajib** jika itu requirement Klinik Aurora.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
