Responsibilities

• Familiar with quality standards and processes of regulations.
• To develop effective quality control processes.
• Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems.
• Facilitate root cause analysis of quality process.
• Monitor and support operation sites on QA closure.
• Conduct QSA together with the operation staffs.
• Set requirements for warehouse material for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Roll out global quality initiatives across the operation sites.
• Involved with operation in performing the FMEA for the work instruction.
• Lead or participate in improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma projects by DHL or customer.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Logistic/Transportation.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Preferably with knowledge in 5 Why Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram and 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skill.
