ADMIN ASSISTANT / SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN

Location : KANGAR JAYA

Industry : Advertising & Property Management

Language Required : English & Malay

Age : 18 - 30 years

Responsibilities :

• Handle customer enquiry and provide related response in timely order.
• Applies standard policy for following up on customer questions and orders.
• Ensure customers’ orders/ requirement are processed efficiently
• Understand customer enquiry & source dynamically based on the requirements.
• Build and maintain solid customer relations that protect or expand company's Installed base
• Actively collaborate with field sales and others to ensure seamless account coverage.
• Maintain sales reports and data reporting for pipeline management.Coordinate within internal department and external (customer & supplier) to facilitate on sales activity

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 to RM2,500.00 /month
