Jawatan Kosong Accounts / Finance Executive in Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Accounting

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and school policies.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, fee collection, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
• Monitor tuition fee collections and follow up with parents on outstanding payments professionally.
• Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and track variances against actuals.

2. Payroll & Staff Claims

• Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.), and ensure timely submissions.
• Verify staff claims, reimbursements, and allowances in line with school policies.

3. Compliance & Audit

• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, MOE regulations, and other governing bodies.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of financial documents for audit readiness.

4. Financial Support for School Operations

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and payment-related matters.
• Provide financial data and insights for management meetings and school development plans.
• Assist in financial planning for school events, trips, and programs.
• Support the Principal in preparing financial reports for the Board or external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in an educational institution or service industry.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian taxation, payroll, and statutory submissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
