Jawatan Kosong Sales Manager Mandarin Speaker in Ipoh

Job responsibilities

• Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, products and timescales.
• Responsible for contract review and handling of customer enquiries.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone or personal visit.
• Responsible for overall sales and marketing strategies to improve overall market share.
• Responsible for sales and marketing planning, target setting, and implementation and performance assessment.
• Responsible for motivation of sales engineer to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
• Responsible to continuously research into new market potential, competitors, customer surveys and needs of customers.
• Provide market information to marketing and product development teams.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
• Represent the company at various communities and / or business meeting to promote the company.
• Supervise the preparation, issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits and promotion programs.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
• Min 3 years working experience and proven track record in sales.
• Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin, role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
