Jawatan Kosong Field Trainer Smartphone @ Central in Kuala Lumpur

• Conduct smartphone product training for retail staff, partners, and customers

* Explain product features and benefits effectively

* Perform store visits (average 80 visits per month)

* Monitor training effectiveness and compliance

* Support onboarding and product training for new hires

* Organize training events and consumer engagement activities

* Build strong relationships with retailers and business partners

* Gather market insights and competitor information

* Prepare weekly training reports
Requirements:

* Diploma or above

* Minimum 1 year of training experience

* Knowledge of smartphones/mobile devices is an advantage

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

* Possess own transport (mandatory)

* Energetic, confident, and willing to work in a retail environment

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekend Off (Saturday & Sunday)
