Working Days: Sunday - Thursday ( 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM )
Location: PT 3924, Tingkat Bawah Badar Satelit Pasir Tumboh, 16150, Kota Bahru Kelantan.
1) Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3) Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
4) Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
5) Address employee issues and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
6) Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
7) Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
8) Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters.
9) Identify and address performance improvement needs.
10) Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and
performance.
11) Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
12) Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
13) Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
14) Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
15) Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
16) Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
17) Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness.
18) Manage employee benefits enrollment and inquiries.
19) Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
19) Collaborate with the management team on strategic HR initiatives.
20) Provide HR-related insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
