Job Title: Sales Admin

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Admin to join our team. This role combines administrative support with active sales responsibilities, including client acquisition, appointment setting, and achieving sales targets. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement — you will work both from the office and remotely, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, persuasive, and capable of managing both back-end and front-line sales tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce products/services.
• Set appointments for the sales team or personally handle client meetings when necessary.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
