Jawatan Kosong Account cum Admin Assistant in Miri

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and databases.
• Invoice Processing: Prepare, issue, and track invoices; ensure timely payments.
• Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts to maintain accuracy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records, including receipts, invoices, and transaction logs.
• Support Audits: Provide documentation and assistance during internal and external audits.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses; help with budget tracking and reporting.
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks
• Month-End Support: Assist in month-end closing procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
