Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Officer in Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Service:

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
• Foster a positive and professional relationship with customers
• Provide support and information to enhance the overall customer experience

2. Profile Management:

• Update and maintain customer profiles to ensure all information is current and accurate
• Verify and input customer data into the system, ensuring completeness and accuracy

3. Data Entry and System Management:

• Upload and record customer information into the company’s system
• Ensure all customer interactions and updates are properly documented in the system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
• Previous customer service or data entry experience is beneficial but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
