SKOP KERJA SUPERVISOR JUALAN

• Menyelia Pasukan Jualan – Memastikan pasukan mencapai sasaran dengan memberi bimbingan dan motivasi.
• Pengurusan Jualan Harian – Mengendalikan dan menyelaraskan aktiviti jualan proses jualan harian seperti panggilan pelanggan, temu janji, cold call, panggilan pelanggan, temu janji, rundingan pelanggan, dan penutupan jualan.
• Laporan & Prestasi – Menyediakan laporan harian/mingguan dan mencadangkan strategi bagi meningkatkan jualan.
• Khidmat Pelanggan – Mengurus aduan pelanggan dan mencari penyelesaian yang efektif untuk mengekalkan kepuasan pelanggan.
• Sokongan Pakej & Promosi – Membantu dalam memperkenalkan pakej perkhidmatan syarikat yang sedia ada dan baharu serta menawarkan promosi kepada pelanggan.
• Pemantauan Operasi Cawangan – Memastikan urusan tempahan, pembayaran, dan dokumentasi jualan berjalan lancar.
• Latihan & Pembangunan – Membimbing pekerja sedia ada dan baharu dalam teknik jualan dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
