Job Scope:

• Planning, executing, and managing experiential motorcycle events (such as group rides, track days, rallies, or demo days) to increase brand loyalty, engagement, and sales.
• Event Promotion: Collaborate with internal marketing teams to promote the event via social media, email newsletters, and dealership networks.
• Content Creation: Coordinate with media teams to capture high-quality photo and video content during the ride for post-event marketing campaigns.
• Budget Tracking: Manage the event budget efficiently, tracking expenses against projected ROI or cost-per-customer metrics.
• Reporting: Prepare post-event reports summarizing attendance, social media reach, customer feedback, and lead generation outcomes for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 1–53years in event management, preferably specifically within the automotive, motorsport, or powersports industries.
• Motorcycle Knowledge: Deep passion for and understanding of custom motorcycle.
• Logistical Expertise: Proven track record of planning group rides, managing road logistics, and handling large-scale crowd safety.
• Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills for customer, vendors, sponsors.Excellent public speaking skills for leading rider safety briefings.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with event management and basic social media marketing tools.
• Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and travel frequently to event locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills under high-pressure live environments.
