As a Representative, Specifications & Quote, you'll collaborate with cross-regional sales teams and proposal managers to develop and execute pricing strategies. Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented professional with a background in finance, accounting, business, banking, or quantity surveying. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at managing complex projects. Your excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business, banking, or quantity surveying.
• Awareness of time zone differences, as this role involves participating in global project meetings with teams in North America and EMEA.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, along with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience or in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry.
• Hands-on experience supporting bid management functions and developing RFx responses.
• Interest in and basic understanding of data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Hedberg and SAP.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Partnering with the cross-regional sales organization and proposal managers to plan and align quotation submission strategies.
• Preparing pricing strategies, developing execution plans and schedules, and monitoring the process to ensure timely and accurate quotation preparation and delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-regional sales organizations and proposal managers to provide clear direction to all stakeholders involved in creating the pricing spreadsheet.
• Creating and coordinating complex pricing spreadsheets, managing the pricing database, and ensuring that quotations align with customer requirements and Steelcase product offerings.
Tailoring RFQs to meet client needs and providing solutions in situations where clear direction is not readily available.
