Position: Marketing and Social Media Executive

Reports To: Deputy Managing Director

Overview: Victory Recovery Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining excellent client relations, managing government relations, overseeing social media activities, and analyzing sales trends and reports. This role requires a versatile professional with a strong understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Client Relations:

· Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

· Conduct market research to understand client needs and market trends.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

2. Government Relations:

· Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and officials.

· Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.

· Represent the company in government meetings and industry events.

· Assist in the preparation of government-related documentation and proposals.

3. Social Media Management:

· Manage and update the company's social media profiles, including Facebook and Instagram.

· Create engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.

· Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.

4. Sales Analysis and Reporting:

· Analyze sales trends and market data to identify growth opportunities.

· Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to management.

· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
