Job Role:

Demonstrated SOP Implementation: Showcase effective implementation of SOPs, policies, and regulations.
Requirements:
Strong academic background (Bachelor's in Education).
Proficiency in manpower planning and personnel management.
Experience in financial planning and budget management.
Demonstrated ability to implement SOPs and policies.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Principal in an International Educational Setting.
Familiarity with ICGSE education system.
Excellent presentation, communication, and crisis management skills.
Passion for education, innovation, and motivation.
Mandarin speaking.
