Job Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry in the SAP system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Support the sales team in fulfilling customer requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Perform general sales administrative and coordination duties.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service or Administrative Support.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Malaysian citizen or possess valid work authorisation.
• Willing to work in Balakong.

SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: RM2,150.00 - RM5,150.00 per month
