Your Role

• Represent established NGO partners at events, malls, and public spaces
• Communicate campaign messages clearly and confidently to the public
• Inspire individuals to support meaningful causes through monthly donations
• Build strong interpersonal skills through weekly coaching and training
• Work closely with team leaders to achieve performance goals

Benefits

• Monthly OTE is up to RM 5000
• Performance-based commissions (potential RM4,000–RM6,000/month)

What We Offer

• Career Progression - Grow into Senior Executive or Team Leader roles in as little as 6 to 8 months based on performance.
