Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in procurement activities, including supplier coordination and order processing.
• Maintain and update procurement records and documentation.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Support internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Help monitor office supplies and assist with basic inventory management.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
