Job Responsibilities:

Inspect Machines, Engines, and Transmission:

Your responsibility involves examining machines, engines, and transmission systems to identify any functional issues or abnormalities.

Run Diagnostic Tests:

You're expected to perform diagnostic tests, which could involve using specialized tools or software to identify problems or malfunctions in the equipment.

Troubleshoot Reported Problems:

When issues are reported, you need to determine the root causes of those problems and implement appropriate solutions to resolve them promptly.

Perform Maintenance/repair:

This task involves conducting thorough maintenance procedures/repair on various machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.

Keep Logs and Report Issues:

You're required to maintain detailed records of the work you perform, including the problems identified, actions taken, and solutions implemented. This documentation is crucial for tracking maintenance history and reporting any persistent issues.

Ensure Timely Reporting:

Completed job details, including Machine Check Sheets and Service Recommendations, need to be provided to the Product Champion or Service Coordinator within a specified timeframe. This information is likely needed for invoicing purposes.

Adhere to Safety Regulations and SOP:

Regardless of whether you're working at your workplace or a customer site, it's important to strictly follow safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the well-being of yourself and others.

Maintain Tools and Facilities:

You are responsible for keeping tools and workshop facilities in good working condition. This ensures that you have the necessary resources to perform your tasks effectively.

Account for Replaced Parts:

If you replace parts that are under warranty, you need to ensure that these replaced parts are returned to the Product Champion. This is likely required for warranty claims.

Complete Assigned Tasks:

You should be prepared to handle any tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager, which could include various maintenance-related responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SKM Level 3 in Heavy Equipment Maintenance
• Have ability to use various hand tools and lift heavy objects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Willing & Ready to perform overtime and travelling outstation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
