Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Executive in Shah Alam

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat (Mostly to contact customer to get feedback).
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Respond to customers through social media, hotline on enquiries, complaints.
• To manage and respond to all four brands (WAX, LASH, NAILS & X-THETIC)
• To perform any other task assigned by management as and when required.

Qualifications

• SPM, at least 1-2 years working experience in related field is required.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Good computer skills and meticulous with details.
• Has a pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone.
• Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
• Possess own transport.
• Can start immediately would be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Willing to travel outstation after training in KL.
