What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UIs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Model and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching layers (Redis).
• Implement secure authentication and data protection best practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy to cloud environments.
• Monitor app performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver features that grow acquisition and retention.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer using Ruby on Rails.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies and best practices.
• Experience with version control (Git), and deployment workflows (CI/CD).
• Familiarity with integrating third-party services (e.g., Stripe).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently scope and deliver projects.
