Jawatan Kosong HR Assistant in Kota Kinabalu

1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation.

4. Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.

6. Process payroll accurately and timely, including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation adjustments.

7. Manage statutory contributions and deductions in compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Handle work permit applications for foreign workers and expatriates.

9. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively across the organization.

10. Handle employee disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.

11. Manage grievance procedures effectively, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
