As an Accountant Management Assistant at Mama Nor (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan, and will involve a wide range of accounting and reporting responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

• Accounts Recording
• Key in sales, purchases and expenses into the accounting system.
• Ensure transactions are recorded under the correct account.
• Update records on time.
• Expenses & Purchases
• Record daily expenses and supplier purchases.
• Check invoices, receipts and supporting documents.
• Arrange documents according to date and category.
• Management Reporting
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Prepare sales, expenses, Cost of Sales (COS) and profit summaries.
• Highlight unusual expenses or variances to management.
• Stock & Cost Monitoring
• Assist in checking stock usage and Cost of Sales.
• Compare actual cost against budget or target.
• Report significant differences to management.
• Filing & Documentation
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, bank statements and reports.
• Ensure financial documents are complete and easy to retrieve.
• Other Duties
• Assist Finance / Management with accounting and administrative tasks when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

What we're looking for

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
