Job description

Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a PMR/PT3/SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.Experience in beauty retail is a plus!

* Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays)

* Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, and customer service.

* Strong sales and communication skills.

* Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.

Responsibility

* Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.

* Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.

* Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.

* Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).

* Provide professional services to customers.
