Jawatan Kosong OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR KUANTAN - MIIM HA CAPITAL in Kuantan

COMPANY : MIIM HA CAPITAL S/B

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Daily & Monthly

  • Provide day to day administrative task for the company and its subsidiary
  • such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Handle communication within and outside the company via email, phone call as well as dealing with general inquiries.
  • Check and update all the company subscriptions and monthly payment to be made.

ii. Quarterly

  • Print out bank statement and CDS statements.
  • Prepare and update the files for the quarterly report for Miim Ha and its subsidiary.
  • Liaise with the company secretary to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
i. Minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
ii. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
iii. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
iv. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
v. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
vi. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
vii. Able to commute by driving or riding a motorcycle, and possess a valid license and vehicle.
viii. Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

i. Salary: RM1,500.00-RM1,800.00 per month (6-month probation period)
