Job Description:

• Responsible for quality management, quality inspection and quality control during the manufacturing process.
• Propose and implement corrective and preventative actions and track their effectiveness shall potential issue arise.
• Lead quality analysis of product quality issues, execute and implement quality improvement plans, track quality improvement plans, track quality improvements and ensure the final resolution of quality issues.
• Summarize and analyze various quality data and push responsible departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Handle customer complaints, drive improvements and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project and technical personnel on new product pilot runs and quality control.
• Responsible for training quality inspectors and auditing their works.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher in electronics or telecommunication.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within the electronics industry.
• Familiar with PCBA soldering, testing, assembly process and ESD control with the ability to analyze and address common quality issue.
• Proficient in Office software.
• Familiar with quality management systems such ISO9001 and IATF16949 and knowledgeable about industry related quality standards and quality control requirements.
• Proficient in 7QC tools, 5 core tools of the automotive industry, VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent communication abilities and team oriented mindset.
• Experience in large enterprise is an added advantage.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
