Swap Logistics Distributions Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Julai 2026

Responsibilities: -

• To coordinate corporate secretarial and administrative matters with Trust company and government office in Labuan.
• To support headquarter office on bill collection, payment arrangement, banking, and other finance related matters.
• To support Finance month end closing and reporting submission to LFSA.
• Diary Management
• Greeting visitors with a high level of customer service
• Monitoring of incoming/outgoing staff
• Organizing venues/catering for workshops
• Stationery & amenities management
• Assist office manager with admin duties and sourcing of products/suppliers
• General administration duties

Requirement:-

• Recent graduate or undergraduate student from UMS Labuan.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Computer knowledge required (MS Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Preferable with accounting knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
