Jawatan Kosong Sales & Marketing Admin in Nusajaya

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

• Assist the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications.
• Maintain and update customer databases, lead tracking systems, and marketing platforms.
• Support the creation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

2. Sales Support:

• Process and manage sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Maintain records of sales and customer interactions, updating CRM systems.
• Assist with lead generation efforts, including researching potential clients and maintaining lead lists.
• Coordinate follow-ups for sales leads and client communications.

3. Marketing Support:

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns .
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and KPIs.
• Assist in content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.

4. Customer and Client Relations:

• Respond to inquiries from customers and potential clients.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
