To supervisor and acts as the bridge between upper management and frontline employees. To ensure smooth daily functions, deliver great customer service, and keep the team motivated.

• Staff Management: Assign daily duties, build work schedules, and train new team members.
• Customer Service: Handle difficult queries, resolve customer complaints, and maintain high satisfaction standards.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, order new merchandise, and inspect deliveries.
• Visual Standards: Ensure aisles, displays, and window signs look clean and attractive.
• Sales and Reporting: Monitor daily sales goals and prepare performance reports for the store manager.
• To recruit sales representative when in need of job task delivery.

Essential Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 2 years working in a retail environment, ideally with some leadership experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a business or management degree is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Hard Skills: Basic math, cash handling, and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) or inventory software.
