JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the receiving of goods and verify shipments against purchase orders based on company standards.
• Monitor daily stock levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts, and support annual stock audits.
• Oversee inventory stored at third-party warehouse and coordinate stock transfers to the factory.
• Organize and schedule delivery trips for both local and outstation locations, ensuring finely and accurate delivery.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Diploma / Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
• Good communication skills, well organized and good time management.
• Willing to multitask and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in warehouse management is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
