Jawatan Kosong Sales Manager in Johor Bahru

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Memimpin, dan menginspirasi team pemasaran untuk mencapai target penjualan bulanan dan tahunan.
• Mengembangkan strategi penjualan yang efektif dan inovatif untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
• Memonitor kerja individu anggota team dan memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan yang diperlukan.
• Memelihara hubungan yang kuat dengan klien potensial yang sudah ada.
• Menganalisis trend pasaran dan kebutuhan pelanggan untuk menyusun strategi penjualan yang relevan.

Kelayakan:

• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam pemasaran, dengan setidaknya 2 tahun di posisi manager.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang industri kami dan produk/jasa yang kami tawarkan.
• Keterampilan kepemimpinan yang luar biasa, dengan kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan menginspirasi team.
• Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang sangat baik.
