Role Objective To manage daily floor operations, oversee inventory control, and provide direct sales and service to customers at the BoozeIt retail outlet.

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Actively assist customers on the shop floor, provide product recommendations, and address inquiries.
• Point of Sale Operations: Manage the cashier station, process transactions accurately, and handle daily payment reconciliations.
• Visual Merchandising: Arrange and display wine inventory on shelves according to internal presentation standards.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct routine inventory audits, and execute replenishment orders.
