About the Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our storeroom operations, oversee inventory accuracy, and handle incoming and outgoing goods.

• Receive & Inspect: Unload, check, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Inventory Control: Organize, label, and store goods systematically (following FIFO or standard storage practices).
• Stock Tracking: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock movements, issuances, and returns.
• Stock Checks: Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management.
• Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for internal departments or customer deliveries.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Keep the warehouse or store clean, safe, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of working experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / inventory software).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Physically fit to handle and arrange stock.
• Honest, responsible and sharp attention to detail.
