Job description

Responsibilities:

• Support Operations Leaders in managing outlet's daily operations
• Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of the entire menu and its preparation
• Ensure SOP and Shop Rules are followed at all times, including policies for Food Safety and Sanitation process
• Support manager in managing inventory and stock ordering
• Support manager in executing marketing campaigns, and also meeting sales and food cost budget
• Lead, train and manage crew members in daily operations
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in any hospitality or F&B
• Age: 24 years and above.
• Good knowledge in managing inventory and operating POS system
• Physically fit
• Pleasant disposition and able to work in a team
• Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Flexible with work arrangement and willing to relocate
• Can communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
