Requirements

We are seeking a Receptionist with a friendly personality to be the first point of our company by welcoming guests and other tasks.

• Minimum SPM
• Pleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skills
• Good understanding and strong human relation skills
• Able to work independently
• Self-proactive, initiative and motivated attitude are a MUST.
• Solid communication skills
• Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

Job description

• Responsible for handling front shop reception duties and including greeting guests and open door for them
• Ability to make customers feel welcome by utilizing personal approach to service and maintain a positive attitude
• Be able to handle emotional, confrontational people in a calm and professional manner
• Give customer queue number and arrange them to be seated
• Ensure all the arrangement in reception and waiting area is clean and tidy
• Ensure the lamp and air conditioner is functioning and switch off when the shop is closed.
• Everyday must do cleaning in and out of the shop floor area and throw all the rubbish before opening and after closing the shop
• Ensure all the food and water are ready to be served in the food counter and restock them regularly
