Job Description:

• To assist the team day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system, matching of accounting documents.
• To handle account payable / account receivable, account statement and other accounting functions.
• To do any administrative tasks.
• To maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with the company policy and accounting practices
• To be able to multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
• To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.
• To be able to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.
• To assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates or Diploma holder are encouraged to apply (Degree in accountancy, ACCA, LCCI, CAT).
• Be proactive, resourceful, innovative and have an eye for details.
• Able to speak in english, mandarin and bahasa melayu.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Meticulous, attention to detail, organized and accuracy.
