Jawatan:_ Maintenance_Admin
Lokasi: Docto Aircond (Cawangan Cyberjaya)

Tanggungjawab:

• Memastikan permis dalam keadaan baik
• Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran
• Menguruskan rekod bil pelanggan dan dokumentasi.
• Mengatur jadual servis ke rumah pelanggan
• Menyediakan laporan berkala kepada pihak pengurusan.
• Menangani aduan dan permintaan pelanggan dengan cekap.

Kelayakan:

• Minimum SPM atau setaraf.
• Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dalam bidang pentadbiran atau penyelenggaraan.
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan organisasi yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam pasukan.
• Mahir dalam penggunaan perisian Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint).
