Jawatan Kosong QUANTITY SURVEYOR in Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimates for infrastructure works.
• Manage all stages of the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, cost analysis, and evaluation.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and ensure compliance with the relevant contracts and legal standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and prepare valuations of completed work.
• Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the best value for materials and services.
• Manage variations and change orders, ensuring they are appropriately documented and costed.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and updates on project cost performance.
• Ensure all payments are processed in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the project within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
