• Kerja shift dari 7pagi - 3petang / 3petang - 11 malam

• Pendaftaran & Dispensari
• Mendaftar masuk nama pesakit ke dalam sistem pengurusan klinik dan portal Pentadbir Pihak Panel
• Menjawab panggilan telefon
• Melayan dan menjawab soalan pesakit dengan baik dan tepat.
• Mengenali jenis ubat-ubatan dan dos dengan tepat
• Memaklumkan keputusan ujian makmal kepada pesakit untuk tindakan selanjutnya.
• Mengemaskini fail-fail dan rekod, ubat-ubatan dan peralatan mengikut susunan 5’s
• Melaksanakan pengurusan bil harian dan memastikan semua transaksi dikira dengan betul sebelum menutup akaun.
• Membuka dan menutup klinik mengikut SOP yg ditetapkan.
• Memastikan kawasan kaunter sentiasa bersih dan kemas
• Menyediakan ubat pesakit berdasarkan preskripsi pegawai perubatan

Kriteria Diperlukan:

• Fasih bertutur & menulis dalamBahasa Melayu
• Mempunyai sikap positif, rajin dan suka membantu
• Pengalaman bekerja di klinik adalah satu kelebihan
• Latihan akan diberikan kepada calon yang sesuai
