Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Boilerman is responsible for the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the boilers and auxiliary equipment to ensure a continuous supply of steam for various operations. This role involves regular monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boiler systems, adhering to safety protocols, and performing routine inspections to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  
• Certificate Minimum Category Boilerman Steam Grade I issued by DOSH (JKKP) is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience in boiler operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of boiler systems, controls, and safety procedures.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to interpret technical documents, a strong focus on detail and safety, physical capability for manual work, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
