Jawatan Kosong SALES EXECUTIVE in Kota Bharu

PUSAT TUISYEN SATELIT, an established educational institution in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, is urgently seeking a dedicated and qualified Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing a vibrant work environment and offer growth opportunities in sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media & Customer Management: Manage all company communication channels including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls. You will be the key point of contact between the company and customers.

Order Management: Process and accurately record customer orders into the company’s internal system.

Target Setting & Achievement: Collaborate with the team to meet individual and group sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the company’s sales performance.

Reporting & SOP Compliance: Prepare daily reports for management and ensure all tasks are carried out according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Requirements:

Open to both Male and Female candidates, aged 18 to 30.

Possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Management, Communications, etc.).

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.

Experience managing social media accounts, especially Facebook and Instagram, is an added advantage.

Own a vehicle and reside in Kota Bharu or nearby areas.

Independent, hardworking, and passionate about succeeding in sales are highly encouraged to apply.

Well-groomed, professional appearance with confidence in communicating with customers.

Benefits:

Basic Salary: Starting from RM 1,500 to RM 2,500 depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.

Monthly Performance Allowance: Provided to those who meet or exceed sales targets.
