Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes and statements of account.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers and payment requests.
• Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer/supplier accounts.
• Prepare monthly schedules and supporting documents for month-end closing.
• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records.
• Assist with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB matters when required.
• Assist with e-Invoice and tax-related matters, including LHDN requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents, bankers and other relevant parties.
• Assist with audit and tax preparation by providing the required schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure accounting entries are accurate and comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
