Job description:

Department：Purchasing & Procurement Department

Report to：Purchasing & Procurement Manager

Purchase Order Management

• Handle purchase orders, obtain quotations, and ensure cost optimization.
• Review and process purchase requests to align with company policies and budget.

Supplier Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Collaboration with Manufacturing Team

• Communicating with the manufacturing team to understand material requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and procurement documentation.

Requirements:

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Fresh can apply

Additional Information:

Company Industry: Manufacturing

Working Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7.45am - 5.30pm
